Catriona
Catriona Webster is an energy lawyer and regulatory and policy consultant. Over two decades working in energy law and policy reform, Catriona has developed a deep knowledge and understanding of national energy market laws and rules, energy policy development and regulatory reform processes and has worked on a large range of policy reforms across the energy supply chain.

Elisabeth
Elisabeth Ross is an economist and energy policy expert with experience in market design, economic regulatory frameworks, competition analysis and consumer understanding. She has advised clients on a range of policy issues across the supply chain, more recently with a focus on reforms to integrate new technologies and services into market frameworks.
